I have an iPhone 11Pro Max and iOS 13.4 version but when someone calls me, the picture assigned to him doesn’t appear on full screen but imn a smaii circle. I tried to change pictures, to use pictures of the camera roll, to change resolution, to edit excisting picture(move up,down), read all the recommendations online but nothing is working. Can somebody help me?

It doesn't work at all or after certain period it revers back? You need to do this all contacts on your email client server. It is tedious.
Contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other
You need to do this for each and every contact. The process initially may seem weird but works well.
