Section editor missing in Pages version 10

I have created a new pages document with multiple sections. I would like to have a different header/footer in the first section than in the subsequent sections. In previous Pages versions, there was a tab in the Document Inspector for sections that allowed this setting. With version 10 this is now gone.

Does anyone know, where the tab went? Is it still possible to have different headers/footers on different sections?

Apple has removed the Document : Section tab from Pages 10. Instead, you select View menu : Page Thumbnails. When you click on a particular thumbnail in a section, the Format : text panel switches to the familiar Section panel. To return to the original Format : Text side panel, simply click in the document body.
