I bought 50gb icloud but uploading to i cloud stopped at 1%. I can't upload my photos to icloud automatically. All the settings are done like what you guys wrote to apple support. How can i let it continue and why is it stopped at 1% while i still have 45 gb space?? Please help.

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are trying to upload photos to iCloud, but it gets stuck at 1%. One thing you could try is to turn off iCloud Photos and turn it on again.
"On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos, then turn off iCloud Photos.*"
