Importing a MOV with transparent background

Hey

I have an animated logo I purchased from eighth studio with a transparent background. They have sent it to me in MOV format, but when I try to import it the file is greyed out and won't let me import it.

I have tried a few file converters as Ive read it needs to have a certain type of codec inside. The closest Ive got is to get the logo with a transparent background, however the white in the logo is now also transparent and the logo itself is also now semi-transparent..

If someone could help me with this I would be extremely grateful indeed.
