i triad to connect to and customer service to resolve my problem but no responsible

I bought it on ( 06 - April - 2020 ) and there is fault on touch screen and the sound it'snt clear and when i go to agent he refuse to recive my phone

Touch not reacting Good morning. I bought iPhone x from my friend. All was okay but When I install ear speaker. iPhone was restarting and touch not reacting. I bought new screen I think flex of screen was broken. Still touch not reacting. I recovery ios not work. Please help
