I gifted a book from the iBook store to a friend, but he hasn’t received it yet.

I gifted a book for my friend from the iBooks app...it’s paid and sent according to my records.

However he never received the book/gift.

It’s been nearly 2 days now.

I checked on my end...it was sent to the correct email address. I also tried resending it on multiple devices.

He checked his spam and it’s not there.

So I need a refund or I need to get this fixed somehow.
