Backup old iPhone without Wi-Fi?? (IC damage)

Hi

I’m switching from iPhone 8  to iPhone 11, and I would like to have all my

current data to be moved to iPhone 11.

However, my biggest issue I have with the old iPhone 8 (hint, it’s also the reason why I switched) is that it has a major IC damage that causes the Bluetooth and the Wi-Fi buttons to get grayed out.

This means that I can’t connect to a Wifi spot using my iPhone 8 – and therefore, I cannot backup my data to my iCloud account.

So, my question is: how do I transfer my old iPhone 8 data (all of it, photos/videos/app settings/etc.) to the new iPhone 11?

FYI, I have iTunes installed in my computer, if that helps.

Please help me step by step.
