App wanting me to purchase when I've already purchased

I purchased the pro version of an app a long time ago and added a family plan. I haven't been on the app for along time and it now asks if I want to buy the "pro" version again so I thought it had expired or something so I tried to buy it again and it says I already have it. What can I do to fix this? We need our brain games while in quarantine!
