Since the faulty IOS 13.4 update, I have not been able to use my VR-headset, as motion controls has been disabled.
Anyone who knows a fix, other than purchacing a smart phone that is not an IPhone ?

All VR headsets stopped working with all Apple products since the IOS 13.4 update.
Apple customers want to know When is the fix suppose to be released?
are you even aware and working on the bug fix?
Apple support updates would be great since it looks like the issue is happening for a lot of other users and for a very long time
This problem goes for all VR-headsets / all brands.
The problem is, that Apple has removed Motion&Orientation from Safari.
So unless Apple deliberately want to lose all customer how use a VR-headset, they should fix this monster bug.
There was, until IOS 13.4.
I used my VR-headset for years with my IPhone XS. Then bought a IPhone 11, and was still able to use my VR-headset. Then came IOS 13.4, where Apple decided to remove the Motion&Orientation option from tge Privacy&Security settings in Safari.
Since then no one can use IPhone with a VR-headset.
It's ridiculous.
KiltedTim, when trying to use VR, my iPhone specifically says,” Motion Control not supported, iOS 13.4 has a bug that disables motion controls. Apple is working on a fix.”
Do you still think we should contact our headset makers?
it has been over a month and apple has already issued an iOS update, to 13.4.1, and still no fix. Any suggestions?
it is not the VR headsets that is broken! Apple has “disabled” the motion controls, perhaps deliberately. This is across all VR head sets so “manufacturer of head sets” can not help
Since Apple doesn't make a VR headset, I'd think you should be asking for troubleshooting assistance from the manufacturer of your headset before jumping off a cliff and switching phones.
Then maybe you should contact Apple with your rant.

I have, for a month, used all channels available and I will keep doing that - thank you very much.
For Apple to ignore VR, is just as stupid as when Microsoft ignored the internet.
Surely there has to be way that Safari in iOS should work with VR content???
Yes I have the same problem. I ´ve read that Firefox could play VR but that doesn’t work.
No, unfortunately. I have tried Edge, Firefox and Chrome - nothing works.
It’s unbelievable that Apple can care this little about People who use VR-headset’s and that’s world-wide.
I know that. But it is totally a shame for Apple to not fix that !

This is strange since the problem is only linked to Safari since all Youtube (through Youtube app) still works perfectly.
