icloud storage

just purchased 2TB storage but in icloud drive on my mac pro still showing its full. Why????

Based on your post it appears you upgraded your iCloud storage, but iCloud Drive is using all your storage space. Is that correct? If so, I’ll be happy to assist.


Do you see the 2TB iCloud Storage plan when checking your iCloud account?


Have you been able to confirm the storage space on multiple devices?

I would also recommend checking the iCloud website using a computer if possible.

yes i restarted, checked my icloud account on web, i can see 2tb there and also in my phone but it wont show in my laptop and can't store anything to icloud in my laptop, when checking the storage in about this mac the icloud storage also will not show.


Help I am running out of laptop storage thats why i bought 2tb for icloud so that i can move other stuff from my laptop to icloud.
