I can’t customize my AirPods setting

i can’t customize my airpods setting all i see is forget device and disconnect i try to reset my airpods but i see no flashing green light and my ios is up to date

Can't get my AirPods setting to pop up i Cant seem to get to my air pods setting to pop up all I get it the forget the device rename it the type of device and to disconnect (not sure if this will help, but the AirPods have been connected to a different iOS before) I was just wondering if someone can help me get my settings so I can customize my AirPods [Re-Titled by Moderator]

I can't reconnect my AirPods before i saw the article on how to reset AirPods i basically did the reset process of tapping forget device with the lid closed and now i can’t reconnect is there any way to fix this? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
