Cannot get OTP / TAC sms
when i trying to purchase something online, but the OTP or TAC number sent cannot reach
my iphone 7 why? how to resolve this isse

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I see you have an issue with not getting shopping codes from two providers, and I'd like to do what I can to help out.
These codes are sent via SMS (green) text messages. Are you able to receive SMS messages from others?
If not, then contact your cellular provider, as SMS is provided by the carrier and usually comes over the voice network.
If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the shopping codes are the only SMS messages you aren't able to receive, it may still be something your cellular carrier can assist with. Let them know what type of messages you aren't receiving. If all is well with them, check with the OTP and TAC companies. There maybe a "Didn't receive code" link to select on the shopping page also.
