what to do to resolve the issue, unable to login to face time..

already added one gmail but it's not connect

Can you sign into AppleID.Apple.Com? With that gmail address?
Is your gmail address the same address you’re using with your Apple ID on the Mac?
Do you have that same email address enabled as “Reachable At” in your iCloud settings?
