face time

unable to get into face time keeps telling me that the account has no reachable addresses. and i have added my email on it

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

Have you added any additional email addresses to the Reachable At section in your Apple ID? After doing that, try signing out of FaceTime, quit/reopen the application, and then sign in again.
