App subscription not working

On April 1st I subscribed to the tamagotchi forever app, it is supposed to last a month, but suddenly today it says my subscription is expired after only 7 days. On iTunes it says I am subscribed, yet on the app I keep getting pop ups that my subscription is expired, and I am getting all the ads that I paid to get rid of. When I click resubscribe, it tells me I already am subscribed. It is very frustrating and it seems like I got scammed. How do I fix this?

If I understand your post correctly, you are seeing an alert in the app that your subscription has expired but when you try to renew it says that you already subscribe. I’d like to help.

If you don't see your in-app purchases
