Max subsciption problem

Is anyone else having issues signing into their Max subscription that was purchased through Apple? I purchased the yearly subscription and have 9 months left, but when I try to sign in or to restore my account, I get the notification that I don’t have an active subscription. Not sure if this is an Apple or Max problem. This is since the new change from HBO to Max. I installed the new app and it finds my account, but not my active subscription.


I tried signing out, deleting the app, resetting my password, none worked. It’s happening on all my devices, phone, iPad and Apple TV.

Subscriptions for this should carry over automatically, as Max announced a few weeks back.

Contact Max Help Center for assistance when it doesn’t work as it should.
