Accidently An App was removed from my mac which I had purchased from Apple Store. Will it charge again to me for reinstalling that purchased app?
No, if you redownload again from the App Store using the same Apple ID & password.

In most cases you can redownload the app again for free. Just make sure you log into the store with the Apple ID that was used to originally make the purchase and navigate to your Purchases history.
The exceptions would be if the app received a major, paid upgrade, or is no longer available for sale at the store.
