My apple support didn’t transfer
I just got a replacement device and it’s asking me to sign up for Apple care when I already bought it when I got my phone in December 2019. How do I get it to transfer?

Transfer your AppleCare plan - Apple Support
This is what it says in the above link...If you receive a replacement device
If we replace your device instead of repairing it, we’ll automatically transfer your plan to your new device. If transfer of coverage isn’t possible, we’ll offer other options.
So since yours did not transfer just call them at... 1-800-APLCARE
