Wacom pen, tablet and Apple trackpad issues since update to Mac OS 10.15.4

My late 2013 Mac Pro is experiencing problems since updating to Mac OS 10.15.4. Whenever the Mac is woken up after going to sleep, the following problems occur:

The pen for my Wacom Intuos Pro tablet stops working
The direction of movement when using touch to move the pointer with my Intuos Pro is reversed (the pointer moves up/left when I move my finger down/right across the tablet)
Movement of the pointer using my Apple track pad becomes 'wiggy' (there is movement lag and the pointer randomly jumps around the screen)

Is anyone else experiencing similar problems? Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing/troubleshooting?

The worst of these problems appear to have resolved themselves now for me. I cleaned my Mac up a bit, addressing some of the minor issues identified in the EtreCheck report (mostly removing unused files and 32 bit applications). Now my Wacom tablet has stopped freezing up, but the express keys and radial menu have stopped working. (Fortunately, I never use these anyway.) Occasionally, the radial menu will appear at random on the screen, but I can use on-screen controls to dismiss it.

I should also note that I've prevented my machine from sleeping, which may have also helped with this problem.

Hi, I have Wacom 4100 BT, and I also experiencing same. The pen for my Wacom Intuos Pro tablet stops working. Wacom sent an email, to remove all files (older) and install new. I did but it's not working. BTW I can't able to remove wacom tablet.kext file
