Apple ID password

When I try to upgrade some applications, system ask my apple id and password. When I enter my password, it doesnt accept it. System is sending me a code on text saying that I should type this code followed by password. After I do this, this time it's saying you entered wrong password more than once. So what should I do? I would like to upgrade my applications and I am not able to do this, please help me sort out this problem.

See this document If your Apple ID is locked or disabled https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204106 "If you or someone else enters your password, security questions, or other account information incorrectly too many times, your Apple ID automatically locks to protect your security and you can't sign in to any Apple services.”
