error 4013

i cannot run my iPhone , when i connect it to iTunes (iphone se) and update it , an error occures

(error 4013 ) and i tried a couple of times to fix it , using the newest version of itunes , different usb cables and different computers but unseccessfully . How can i solve the problem . How can i fix this error ?
