i accidentally dropped my phone in water but it’s meant to be water proof but water has got behind the screen and there is condensation covering the front facing camera so you can’t take a picture coz it’s all blurry. When looking at the phone you can see the damage inside. What shall I do?

iPhones are NOT water-proof. At best, they are water-resistant and only under certain conditions. Unless you have an active AppleCare+ plan with this phone, you will need to replace it at full cost to you. Apple does not repair liquid-damaged phones.
Your device has been destroyed by the by the water and must be replaced.
