My iPad is on but the screen is black and I know I need to do a hard reset but I don’t want to lose my photos is there anyway I can’t lose my photos and make my iPad work again and can I make it work without losing my photos and doing a hard reset if not is there just a way I can do it without losing my photos because I have some photos that none of my family has.
