IPhone 7 not ringing

I noticed on settings that my phone will not ring when locked. It is locked most of the time and I want it to ring when someone calls. How can I change this setting?

I have this same issue. What did was to click on the "Favorites which opens another screen then check "Everyone".

Show recent notifications on the Lock screen

You can allow access to Notification Center on the Lock screen.

Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode (on an iPhone with Face ID) or Touch ID & Passcode (on other iPhone models).
Enter your passcode.
Turn on Notification Center (below Allow Access When Locked).
