iOS 13 low quality screen recording

Hello everyone!

I was doing some projects on my iPhone 6S and had to record the screen for about 10 minutes, I did it a few times without any problem, the quality on the final video was exactly as if I was watching my normal screen. However today I tried to do that again and after watching the video, the quality of it was bad, it was clearly not in HD. The first time it happened for the whole length of e video, a second time I could see that for some parts of the video it was in HD. The settings on Setting -> Camera -> recording is set to default but still no explanation to the second video that got some parts in HD and some not. What can be the problem here? Internet connection or storage space maybe? Thank you for your help!

I am not clear what the exact issue is. Screen Recording or Video Recording?

Screen Recording does not use Camera.
