My App Store, iTunes, Uber and other apps have disappeared from my iPhone 11. I have tried going to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions and that feature is turned off. Any other suggestions/solutions on how to get these back. Since I can't access the App Store, I cannot download any apps! I need help!!!

Thank you for your reply but all those settings were as you showed once I turned on Content & Privacy Restrictions. Many apps were deleted from my home screen and I was able to fix the problem by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen. This resolved the problem and restored all apps to my home screen.
