I just got a MacBook and I want to be able to use my Apple Music but whenever I go on it it says that I need to purchase it. On my iPhone, Apple Music may be using a different Apple ID but I am unsure how to change it.

See Authorization vs. association - Apple Community for some background on why you should stick to a single Apple ID. You can use the account menu to sign out of the iTunes Store from whatever account is currently in use then, assuming you've not yet triggered association, sign in with the account that has the Apple Music subscription.
