It appears that your mail app is having trouble connecting to your mail account's server. Furthermore, SMTP (Send Mail Transfer Protocol) means that your mail app has been attempting to send an email and cannot due to server issues. Check your outbox to ensure that a mail is not stuck there to be sent. If this pop up still continues then you will need to reset that particular mailbox with the help of Astound.Net support.
