Apple Support take so long to reply
Hi!
I have an Activation lock problem with my iPhone 6S. I have forgot the ID Apple to sign in the iPhone so i contacted with the Apple Support then i received a link to send proof of purchase (receipt). The man from Apple Support said it took 1-2 days to get reply but it is 2 weeks now and i don’t get any response. I’m really confuse because i’m sure that i have texted my E-mail address correct.
