wrong sync

i synced my iphone to itunes and instead of choosing create a new device it synced to an old phone!!! is there anyway i can reverse this someway? this is awful :( im now using carrie k and i need back to carrie

Reset your iPhone back to factory settings as show here ➔ Restore your iPhone to Factory Settings
After the above step you can set up your iPhone the way you originally wanted to.
