Used Clorox wipe to clean phone while still in case-- now big bright white splotch on screen

Cleaned iphone XR within case (and a glass screen protector also installed) with a Clorox wipe. Kept it wet enough as per directions for disinfection (approx 4 min wet) and now there is a large brighter splotch on the bottom right part of the screen. I took the glass protector off, and there was no moisture in between, but the actual iphone screen has a large bright splotch inside display.

Any ideas on what I can do? Will it get worse or better?
