SSD Full What to do?
So. What does it even mean?
Is there something I can or should do?
Thank you in advance.

There is no strain. According to those screenshots your CPU is loafing, its performance is not being constrained by available memory, and 21 GB is plenty of free space. Nothing is "full". However, 128 GB ought to be considered the absolute minimum these days.
You don't need clever third party apps to do any of those things. They contribute to your Mac's burden just like everything else, so why use them?

Thank you fo the info last I asked. Another question if I may? So. My SSD is full. My Macintosh HD says 91.7GB Used and 27.69 Free. I'll just attach that too. My question is this. While I don't have to do anything...Is there anything I CAN do to ease the strain on my trusty Mac?? The memory app showing 12.2% in the photo below....It can quickly go to 6% and lower, even....That worries me. Anything at all I can do to open some of that up? Thank you so much for any info. Greatly appreciated.
It means the entire disk is devoted to an APFS Container.
It's normal and you don't have to do a thing.
