my iPhone 11 Pro was hacked and erased and now its disabled.
What happens now? Apple won't replace it even though they agreed that I was hacked do to a software issue and that is covered under warranty but they still wont send me a new phone nor have they tried to fix it.
Assurant wont take responsibility either even though the error message says to call them to fix issue.
so I guess may question is has anyone else have gone through this and was able to get the iPhone working again or got a replacement phone.
