I follow all the methods suggested on internet and itunes dont appears on my phone. I have no restrictions y already, reset to original configuration, etc. and itunes don't appear. I try to download it from appstore and it is not there...

There is no app with the name "iTunes" on an iPhone. There is "iTunes Store" and "iTunes U." Of those 2, the only one that can be deleted is iTunes Store. Is that the app you are missing? If so, I just went to the App Store on my iPhone and was able to find it there using Search.
