iTunes Connect issue with Podcast artwork

I am getting the error message "Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests." The image is 1400x1400, so it's not a size issue, I don't think.

We host on Squarespace and have successfully posted our podcast before, but after duplicating our site for updates, we ran into some things that didn't populate over. We've managed to fix most of them, but this one is lingering and prevents our new podcast episodes from being posted to iTunes. Spotify has no problem, but iTunes still doesn't accept it.

The RSS feed is https://azalea-flute-z5c3.squarespace.com/blog?format=rss

Would appreciate any help! Thanks

Its dimensions are 493 x 494 so well below the 1400 x 1400 minimum. Furthermore the image must be square: and you have an alpha channel which you should remove.

The feed works OK in iTunes, so it seems to be basically OK: but you have a massive amount of heavily formatted text inside your 'content:encoded' tags and this is potentially asking for trouble. It's not relevant to iTunes. You may be OK but if you run into problems it's the first place to look.
