Alternative way to install macOS Catalina as a software update ?

Hi everyone,

Due to my slow and instable internet connection, when i launch the update process from Settings -> Software update on macOS Mojave it constantly fails when there is an internet connection interruption, and it does not resume the previously downloaded update, it always restarts from the beginning and that's not convinrent for me with a 8Gb update.

I used to download the installer from the downloads section for apple developers https://developer.apple.com/download/more/ , using a download manager so i can resume the download once it stops, but macOS Catalina is not available anymore on this page.

There are some updates available here https://developer.apple.com/download/release/ for macOS Catalina, but they are just updates (3 Gb usually) and not the full OS installer which is about (8 Gb) when trying to download it from the software update section.

Is there any way i can download macOS with an external link outside the software update tools available ?

Thanks.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

Well even when i sue the link you provided , once on the app store and press the GET button, i'm redirected to the software update section on macOS Mojave, so i think there is no solution to my problem !

Hopefully apple will improve this software update tool, so it can resume the download from where it stops, since most of the updates are big sizes updates, and not all people have a stable and fast internet connection.

Thanks for your quick response.
