"Add atendees" option missing when creating new calendar invite

When creating a new calendar invite there is no option to invite people on MacOS. The option is available when I'm creating it in a browser, or my iPhone.

I'm running Catalina v10.15.4.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15
