Recover Notes from backup

So, my mac had 350GB system files out of 500GB so I went ahead in ~/Library and deleted some folders that I thought may not be needed. Looks like I accidentally might have deleted notes folder because all my notes are now gone. I think there are two folders for this:

User/Library/Containers/com.apple.Notes

User/Library/Containers/com.apple.Notes.datastore

I tried to restore these two folders from my backup but that didn't help.

Any ideas how can I recover my notes?

Try restoring from folder: /Users/<user-name>/Library/Group Containers

This folder:

/Users/<user-name>/Library/Group Containers/group.com.apple.notes

[replacing <user-name> with your account name]
