Whenever I open the Notification Center on my i pad and tap with my Apple Pencil, it creates a new note in the notes app. I tried looking in settings and didn’t see anything that would cause this. I am using the 2018 iPad Pro running ios 13.4.1

Actually, I relooked thought my notes settings and after turning off “Access notes from lock screen “ the problem seems to be fixed. I appreciate your time trying to resolve my issue.

I would just like to know how to prevent this from happening. I’m not sure how to further describe what’s happening other than whenever I tap on the drop down Notification Center with my Apple Pencil it opens the notes app and I am wondering how to prevent this from happening.
