Why does Option + Command + P open up Preferences for foreground app?

On my system (macOS Catalina, 10.15.4 (19E287)), pressing ⌥⌘P (Option + Command + P) brings up Preferences for the open app. This causes a conflict in some apps I use, so I would like to remove that shortcut.

Where does this come from? The global default for Preferences is ⌘, (Command + Comma) also works fine. I can't find that it would be set anywhere in System Preferences → Keyboard → Shortcuts.

Ok, mystery solved: it's because I use the "ABC Extended" keyboard type in macOS. This adds various key combinations for writing non-standard characters, and apparently ⌥P gives a comma, thus ⌥⌘P becomes Command + Comma.

Kind of unexpected behavior, I would say.
