Until you give us details about your issue, we can’t help you. What does not work if you are not using Bluetooth? And, Bluetooth what - speakers, headphones? So, you can’t send or receive calls or do anything without using Bluetooth.
We are getting there. Outside of your car, does the phone function normally?
i cannot receive or make calls unless using my bluetooth in my car. the calls come in and go out but cannot hear anything unless connected to the car bluetooth, can send messages and everything else works.
no i cannot except phone calls or make them. when i call the other party will pick up and does not hear anything, when they call same thing. other then that everything else is functioning properly. when in my car it comes thru the bluetooth perfectly.

i can tell if it doesnt go thru because the speaker function doesnt work
