Managing Subscriptions

When I log into the App Store and click on the manage link I get an empty black window on top.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

I just want to change/upgrade the application subscription. I can't do this through the vendor portal or iTunes Store.

iMac 27", macOS 10.14

To start, try signing out of the App Store and then back in. To do so, open the App Store, then click “Store” in the Menu Bar > Sign Out. Once you’ve signed back in, use the steps in the article below:

Should the issue persist, try from another device or contact Apple Support for further assistance.
