When did you purchase the iPhone? Did you purchase it from Apple or an Apple Authorized Seller? Did you check from this link --> Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support

If https://checkcoverage.apple.com says your serial number is invalid, then you most likely have a stolen phone or a counterfeit.
