System Respring/Crash

Hi,

So I just upgraded (MacBook Pro 13" Mid 2014 - 512GB SSD + 16GB RAM) to Mac OS Catalina yesterday from mojave, so I've been running it for about 24 hours now. I made sure to take out any 32bit apps I had installed before upgrading. I'm currently running 10.15.4.

However, I've noticed twice now (yesterday and this morning) that the system would just randomly go off or re-login itself (screen reverting to the desktop, while all opened app are shutdown/closed). Kinda similar to the term "respring" on iOS. I have no idea what could be causing this.

Would appreciate any advice.

Thanks

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

Try to restart your Mac into Safe Mode . Does the problem persists there?
