Why when I make calls from my HomePod can I hear the person I have called but they cannot hear me?

AirPods Pro (2nd gen) has robotic voice My Airpods pro (2nd gen) started to make robotic voice while having the call in Mac book air M1 2020, Zoom, Slack etc. But it is working fine while having call through my iphone 12. No issues while having zoom, slack calls through phone. It would be great if someone can help.
