MAC OS 10.15.4 hosed my mac

My iMac is having disk issues on my macbook pro and my iMac after this update.

Disk utility has been stuck on checking snapshot for over an hour when running disk utility first aid.


My external drive read/write times are extremely bad on both the imac and macbook pro!


Is there instructions on how to roll back to the last version please?

I guess I can't complain too much, it has been a while since I was impacted by a MacOS upgrade. (My Windows Surface Book 2 that I use for work has been far less fortunate, this past years windows upgrades have been riddled with issues.)


Rolling my iMac back.. Joy. LOL
