No sound MacBook Air 2018

During the communication in SKYPE or ZOOM, on the display errors pop up https://prnt.sc/rvcvvf (no connected microphones were detected on the computer. Speaker changed to a MacBook Air speaker device. There was a problem with the speakers. Connect a different speaker, update your audio drivers, or try restarting your computer).

After rebooting MACBook Air , the problem goes away for a while and then reappears. And this situation constantly, what could be the problem?

 Reset PRAM:  Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support


 Reset  SMC:   How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support   Choose the appropriate method.
