About 3 months ago my visual voicemail disappeared and I have no idea how to get it back. I hate having to call my voicemail multiple times a day to see if I have any messages as it won't even show that I have a voicemail!!!

I don't even know what that means, but I will call and tell them what you said! Having a hard time actually talking to customer support in a lot of places because of people staying home during this virus scare!
Then you need to call them back and they need t re-provision your line.
You will need to contact your phone carrier as VVM isn't provisioned on your line, which is why you have to call your vm to check it.
I'm sorry. I should have mentioned that I did contact my phone carrier and they verified they have not changed anything in the past 5-6 months that would have deleted it.
