iPhone Caller ID contact display

When someone calls me, is there a way to change what information is shown on my screen?

example: Currently it shows name and company, I would like to see name and department, because on my work phone, almost all my contacts have the same company. (Also, I cannot easily edit the contacts, they are imported)
