Instead of relying on senders to decide what’s priority (and to know that this is expected of them), she should consider setting up a VIP mailbox where she decides who is important or not. See the article linked below.

Thanks for your reply. My daughter works for an organization and receives a lot of e-mails. Some urgent and some not. She is trying to have people put a priority on their e-mails to help her identify those that expect a quick reply and those that do not.

Does she not know that everyone will expect a quick reply? All of their emails are much more important than anyone else's.
